You can permanently delete your Kasheer Connect account and associated data directly from within the app. This page explains the exact steps and what happens to your data when you do.

How to Delete Your Account
- Open the Kasheer Connect app
- Go to Settings
- Tap "Delete Account"
- Verify your identity via a one-time code (OTP) sent to your email
- Confirm deletion
Deletion is processed immediately upon confirmation and cannot be undone.

What Is Removed Immediately
- Your posts
- Your stories
- Your follows, follow requests, and connection requests
- Your notifications
- Reports you have filed

What Is Anonymized Rather Than Removed
Some content is shared with other users and cannot be removed without affecting their experience. In these cases, your identity is removed from the content rather than deleting the content itself:
- Messages you sent remain visible to the other participant, but are no longer attributed to your identity
- Comments you made on other users' posts remain visible, with your name and photo replaced by "Deleted User"
Your profile information — name, photo, bio, email, and username — is permanently replaced and cannot be recovered or reused.
A conversation is deleted entirely only if no other participant remains in it. Otherwise, the conversation continues for the remaining participant, with your identity removed from messages you previously sent.
