You must be at least 18 years old to create an account or use Kasheer Connect. By using the Services, you represent and warrant that:

• You are at least 18 years old
• The information you provide is accurate and complete
• You have the legal capacity to enter into these Terms

We reserve the right to suspend or remove accounts that violate these requirements.

You are responsible for:

• Maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials
• All activity that occurs under your account
• Keeping your account information accurate and up to date

You may not:

• Create accounts using false information
• Impersonate another person or organization
• Transfer or sell your account to another person

Kasheer Connect may use location verification and invite-based access systems to determine eligibility for registration. Attempting to bypass location verification, invite systems, security controls, or account restrictions may result in account suspension or permanent removal.

You retain ownership of the content you create and upload. By posting content on Kasheer Connect, you grant us a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to:

• Host content
• Store content
• Display content within the Services
• Distribute content to other users through platform features

This license exists only for operating and improving the Services. You remain responsible for the content you publish.

You agree not to:

• Violate any applicable law or regulation
• Harass, threaten, bully, or intimidate others
• Share content promoting violence or criminal activity
• Upload malicious software, viruses, or harmful code
• Attempt unauthorized access to systems or accounts
• Interfere with platform operations
• Use automated bots without permission
• Circumvent security measures or moderation systems
• Create fake accounts or engage in spam

Users must follow the Kasheer Connect Community Guidelines. Violations may result in:

• Content removal
• Feature restrictions
• Temporary suspension
• Permanent account termination

Users are solely responsible for communications they send through the platform. Kasheer Connect does not guarantee delivery, availability, or uninterrupted operation of messaging, voice, or video services. Voice and video calls are provided through third-party infrastructure providers.

Users may report content, accounts, comments, or activity that violates these Terms. We may review reported content and take appropriate action, including:

• Removing content
• Restricting features
• Suspending accounts
• Permanently terminating accounts

Moderation decisions are made at our discretion.

Kasheer Connect and its associated branding, logos, software, designs, and platform features are owned by Kasheer Connect or its licensors. You may not copy, modify, reverse engineer, distribute, or sell any part of the Services except as permitted by law.

Your use of the Services is also governed by our Privacy Policy. By using Kasheer Connect, you acknowledge that information may be collected, processed, and stored as described in the Privacy Policy.

We may suspend, restrict, deactivate, or permanently terminate accounts that:

• Violate these Terms
• Violate Community Guidelines
• Engage in fraud, abuse, spam, or harmful activity
• Attempt to circumvent security controls

Users may deactivate or permanently delete their accounts through available platform tools. Deactivated accounts may be restored through login. Deleted accounts may not be recoverable. Certain information may be retained where required by law, security obligations, dispute resolution needs, or legitimate platform interests.

Kasheer Connect relies on third-party providers to operate portions of the Services. We are not responsible for third-party outages, policies, or actions outside our control.

The Services are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Kasheer Connect makes no warranties regarding availability, reliability, accuracy, security, or fitness for a particular purpose.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Kasheer Connect, its owners, operators, employees, and affiliates shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, consequential damages, loss of profits, loss of data, or business interruption arising from use of the Services.

We may modify, suspend, discontinue, or update any feature of the Services at any time. We are not obligated to continue providing any specific feature indefinitely.

We may update these Terms from time to time. Updated versions will be posted through the application or website. Continued use of the Services after changes become effective constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

These Terms shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes arising from or relating to the Services shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of India.
